The Vision for Action workshop comprise three central themes: vision, commitment and action.

The first stage of the workshop focuses on helping participants to design their vision and express it in an engaging, visual and creative way. Making use of space and colour, the group will work to build a realistic, sensory and textural image of the future in which they can place themselves.

No vision can be achieved without commitment as a motivator. In the next part of the workshop we look in depth at what sustains and what prevents commitment, coming up with ways to overcome barriers to action. It’s this stage which differentiates us from so many other workshops – few organisations focus enough on how important commitment is.

During the final stage of the workshop, we help you develop a priority action plan to carry your vision forward. We also provide follow up sessions to keep you on the right track to achieving your collective vision.
